Restart of 4th division league

 Since the covid-19  put sports at halt the 4th division and regional league football has not resumed yet.
Busia 4th division league of the season 2021/2022 has not yet been confirmed to the restart by  FUFA.
The pressure down by the 4th division teams  has become much as they have  made signings that can keep them on top of the table at the end of the season.

Who is going to be the champion of the 2021/2020 season ?
